About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between our transportation team and corporate operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods. As a leader within the fleet, you will be responsible for guiding a group of drivers through a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Your day will blend strategic oversight with hands-on support, spending approximately 70% of your time in the office managing records and technology, and 30% in the yard providing direct assistance, coaching, and guidance to drivers.
The role exists to uphold our "Safety First" culture while driving operational excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact for the transportation network, maintaining clear communication with the Manager, sales teams, and customers. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills to motivate your team and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance protocols.

Requirements
- verifiedProven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the transportation industry
