The Recruiter II serves as a strategic partner to the Ryder organization, delivering world-class recruiting services in a cost-effective manner. This role is designed to identify, recruit, interview, and recommend candidates for a diverse range of positions, from high-volume entry and mid-level roles to managerial, technical, and professional tracks.
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will act as an ambassador for the organization, promoting Ryder as an employer of choice. You will navigate staffing issues of moderate scope, utilizing judgment to analyze various factors and determine the best avenues for sourcing talent. Success in this position requires the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, HR, and business partners to ensure service levels are consistently met.
