About the Role
At our Bismarck facility, you will join a team of caring and compassionate staff dedicated to supporting our residents. This role combines the ability to handle motor vehicles with essential communication and patient/resident handling skills. You will transport residents safely and according to schedule, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritized throughout the journey.
In this position, you will develop a deep understanding of the residents' needs, working with individuals of all ages while maintaining strict confidentiality and sensitivity. Your responsibilities include ensuring all support equipment is well-maintained and operating correctly, setting up equipment according to manufacturer recommendations, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
