As a Door Attendant, you will welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. You will be the first point of contact, greeting Residence owners, vendors, and guests, and assisting them with entering and leaving the property.
Your day will involve creating a seamless arrival and departure experience by escorting guests, assisting with luggage and packages, and coordinating with the valet team. You will maintain the pristine condition of the lobby, sidewalks, and entrances, ensuring a clear and welcoming environment. By communicating guest issues effectively and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues, you contribute to a culture where the unique backgrounds of our associates are valued and celebrated.
