Hot Dog on a Run is a successful, well-respected dog walking and pet sitting company based in West Hollywood. We proudly serve a wide network of neighborhoods including West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, Los Feliz, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks. Our mission is to provide reliable, high-quality care for pets while building a community of responsible and passionate animal lovers.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person position designed for individuals who are dedicated to their work and love dogs. We are not looking for a side gig or independent contractor; we need walkers who can commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week. Most of our team members work 8+ hours daily, often combining regular walking schedules with boarding duties in their own homes.

As a walker, you will be responsible for exercising dogs in all types of weather and handling large breeds. The role requires you to transport dogs in your own fully insured vehicle, with mileage paid from your first house pickup to your last drop-off. You will start with training at an hourly rate of $20 plus $0.70 per mile, ensuring there is no unpaid downtime between walks. Upon successful completion of training and official hiring, raises are issued based on performance and experience.
