About the Role
Critter Sitters of Lexington, Inc. is seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Pet Sitters & Daily Dog Walkers. This is an individual contributor role designed for those with a strong passion for animals who want to provide top-notch care and attention to clients' beloved pets. Your mission is to ensure the happiness and well-being of these animals while their owners are away, offering essential care and companionship to pets in need.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of pets and meet new furry friends every day. Whether you are a Daily Dog Walker or a Night/Weekend Sitter, you will be responsible for providing services in a timely and professional manner, following specific care instructions to meet each pet's individual needs. Your day will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of pets at all times, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Employment Details
This is a part-time, hourly position located in Lexington, Kentucky. The role offers a flexible schedule tailored to specific shifts:
- Daily Dog Walkers: Available Monday through Friday between 9am-3pm, and weekends as needed (a minimum of one weekend per month).
- Night/Weekend Sitters: Available two nights per week between 6pm-9pm, and two weekends per month.
