About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Control Analyst to join a client in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and stability of the organization's operations. The successful candidate will analyze data to identify patterns and trends, developing recommendations to improve processes and controls. You will play a key part in investigating inaccuracies to maintain overall quality and compliance.

In this position, you will verify new agreements, change requests, and legal documents while managing internal and external contract information. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing timelines for contract renewals, expirations, and terminations, as well as reviewing, validating, and resolving data inaccuracies. You will also coordinate, support, and conduct audit cycles and gain experience with financial forecasting and reporting.
