The U.S. Attorney's Office is seeking two full-time Document Management Technicians to provide essential legal support for both Criminal and Civil cases. This role is critical to the efficient functioning of the office, ensuring that legal staff have the organized, timely access to files and correspondence necessary to advance their missions. The period of performance for this position runs from the date of award through May 31, 2027.
As a Document Management Technician, you will serve as a central hub for the office's administrative and logistical needs. Your day will involve managing the flow of information, from screening incoming calls and visitors to organizing complex legal files and maintaining inventory. You will act as a liaison between the office, law enforcement agencies, and the courts, ensuring that documents are accurately retrieved, distributed, and archived. This position requires a high degree of initiative and the ability to navigate the nuances of litigation support within a federal environment.
