This position serves as a strategic leader within our community operations, ensuring the seamless management of Homeowners Association (HOA) and Department of Real Estate (DRE) compliance. You will oversee the preparation, filing, and distribution of all necessary documents while managing public disclosures to enhance sales and mitigate risk. Beyond compliance, you will direct the community team in managing HOA boards, overseeing Architectural Committee decisions, and executing the community turnover process. Additionally, you will coordinate tax payments, reserve analysis, and the development of departmental policies to maximize operational efficiency.
