The Distribution Coordinator plays a vital operational role in the lifecycle of Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (HCT/Ps). You will oversee the coordination of receiving, releasing, storing, shipping, and staging these critical medical products in strict accordance with BBA Standard Operating Procedures, AATB guidelines, and FDA regulations.
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you may be assigned to either Shipping or Staging functions, supporting operations based on evolving business needs. Flexibility is key; team members are expected to adapt to shifting priorities and may be reassigned between areas to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion. You will serve as a guardian of quality control, managing inventory, maintaining product traceability, and ensuring all tracking and equipment logs are accurate.
