Our Display Delivery Assistants are the backbone of the Havertys showroom experience, responsible for maintaining the visual integrity of our merchandise while ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This unique role blends retail presentation with logistics, offering the opportunity to "furnish happiness" by riding along with delivery drivers and assisting with furniture deliveries directly to customers' homes.

From keeping the showroom floor in functional condition to supporting the Display Coordinator with lighting and floor moves, your work ensures that our 140-year heritage of quality is reflected in every detail of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport the moving and arranging of merchandise on the showroom floor
- check_circleAssist with furniture deliveries to customers' homes by unloading and placing items
- check_circleHelp the Display Coordinator with floor moves and processing of new accessories
- check_circleAssist customers in carrying merchandise to their vehicles
- check_circleKeep merchandise on the showroom floor in functional condition by ordering parts and performing repairs
- check_circleKeep exits lit and free of obstruction to ensure safety compliance
- check_circleMaintain stockroom orderliness by sweeping and mopping as needed
- check_circlePlace POP materials including hanging banners and signs throughout the showroom
- check_circleAim lighting on furniture and accessories to enhance display presentation
- check_circleAssist in the maintenance of the grounds surrounding the facility
Requirements
