About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director to join our Ventures investment team. The Director, Ventures will identify, source, and successfully manage investment transactions to grow and enhance the value of our Natural Climate Solutions portfolio. This role exists to shape the future of natural capital investments through creative problem-solving and the execution of successful deals.
Success in this position requires strong leadership and teamwork skills, including the ability to manage high-performing individuals and lead cross-functional teams throughout the organization. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a rapidly changing set of high-impact priorities while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external investment partners.
