We are seeking a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor to break into and expand data center services accounts. This is a true hunter role focused on landing new logos and driving services-led engagements across data centers, colocation providers, and third-party operators (3POs), along with their delivery ecosystem of General Contractors (GCs), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms, and system integrators.
In this position, you will own the full sales cycle: originating, shaping, and closing work. You will partner with procurement, program leadership, construction, and operations stakeholders to build and execute target account plans. Success requires strong technical sales credibility to interpret scope documents and drawings, disciplined bid execution to translate RFP requirements into defensible commercial proposals, and the ability to turn relationships into awarded, executable scope. You will navigate competitive pursuits, manage risk regarding site conditions and access rules, and protect margin through strategic assumptions and change control.

Direct experience executing sales strategies targeting data center, colocation providers, or DC-focused GCs/EPCs/SIs; existing relationships with data center/colo construction or operations teams or top DC-focused GCs/EPCs/SIs; hands-on background earlier in career (field tech, low-voltage lead, integration engineer, or DC deployment PM) that enables technical credibility in bids; certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, OSHA, or equivalent DC/low-voltage credentials.
