About the Role
Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable offerings that drive incremental revenue.
In this position, you will establish media packages, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches while managing relationships with key vendor partners. You will oversee campaign delivery and optimization, leveraging third-party platforms to ensure strong performance. Success in this role requires partnering with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media seamlessly into the customer journey and ensure a strong customer experience alignment.
This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.

Requirements
- verified8+ years in retail media, digital advertising, or ecommerce marketing

Nice to Have
Experience in consumer electronics or tech retail. Familiarity with Epsilon or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills.
