About the Role

Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable offerings that drive incremental revenue. The position involves establishing media packages, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches while managing external sales teams and partners.

In this role, you will partner with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media into the customer journey, ensuring strong customer experience alignment. You will work with third-party platforms like Epsilon to execute vendor campaigns, oversee delivery and optimization, and leverage data to measure performance metrics such as ROAS, conversion, and revenue impact. This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.
