Micro Center is seeking a Director of Retail Media to build and lead its retail media function. This role is responsible for developing a scalable media network that monetizes digital and in-store assets while delivering measurable value to vendor partners. You will define and execute a comprehensive retail media strategy across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels, building scalable offerings that drive incremental revenue.
In this position, you will establish media packages, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches while managing relationships with key vendor partners. You will create co-op marketing programs and drive the adoption and growth of retail media offerings. Working closely with third-party platforms like Epsilon, you will oversee campaign delivery, optimization, and performance measurement, leveraging data to provide insights to stakeholders and vendors. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, ecommerce, marketing, and store teams to integrate media into the customer journey and ensure a strong customer experience alignment.
This position is on-site at our Home Office in Hilliard, OH.
