About the Role
The Director of Residential Services plays a pivotal leadership role within our organization, assisting the Chief Program Officer in the development and daily operation of our Transitional Residential Programs. These include OMH Congregate Treatment and Apartment Treatment Programs, as well as the associated Supportive Housing Units.
This position is designed to ensure service excellence and successful outcomes for our residents. The Director will partner with all other departments and the leadership team to operationalize program goals, enhance programming, and maintain a safe, efficient environment. A key focus of the role is ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as OMH, OMIG, and Medicaid while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
