While many of us call Colorado home, we are a remote team that collaborates virtually. We attend small meetings in our Boulder and Denver offices and at client sites as desired, and gather for social events in the Denver/Boulder area throughout the year.

About the Role

Ascent CFO Solutions is seeking a top-notch Recruiting Director to join our established, growing firm. This is a sole contributor role where you will be the only recruiter at the company with no direct reports. You will play a critical part in building our team from the inside out, hiring fractional financial professionals for our internal team as well as sourcing interim talent to serve our clients.

In this position, you will take ownership of the candidate experience, designing and managing job postings and position requirements. You will lead recruitment efforts for internal fractional financial professionals ranging from Senior Accountant to CFO, while simultaneously sourcing and placing external interim financial professionals to support client engagements. You will manage the entire interview, selection, and offer letter process, ensuring all screening and hiring is conducted in accordance with employment laws and regulations. As a key collaborator with the Leadership Team, you will stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, including AI, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
