About the Role

As the Director, you will independently manage and lead this branch with unparalleled ongoing corporate training and support. You will be the driving force behind business development, executing marketing plans to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider in your territory. Your day will involve cultivating relationships with key referral partners, such as hospitals and senior living facilities, while overseeing the full lifecycle of staffing and scheduling.

Beyond operations, you will build strong client relationships through in-home assessments and intakes, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. You will also take ownership of financial management, overseeing the office budget and profit and loss statements. Perhaps most importantly, you will cultivate a unique workplace culture, setting your own standards to create the workplace of choice for your team through motivation and morale-building.
