This position oversees and manages Distribution Center operations, typically within small to medium-sized facilities. The role is designed for a seasoned leader to ensure seamless order fulfillment, production planning, and daily process management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, supporting contract negotiations and resolving service failures to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Employees may be required to work full early and late shifts, including weekends a minimum of once a month, and must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes within and out of state.
