About Cascades at Meadow Brook Rehab & Nursing
Cascades at Meadow Brook Rehab & Nursing is actively seeking a full-time Director of Nursing to lead our team. Located at 433 E. 2700 S., we are situated very near downtown Salt Lake City, offering a centrally located workspace.
We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where excellence thrives. Our team culture is defined by low resident-to-staff ratios, ensuring that every team member can provide the highest quality of care to our residents. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and maintain nursing programs and activities
- check_circleUpdate written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies
- check_circleImplement plans of action to correct deficiencies
- check_circleComplete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charts
- check_circleDevelop and maintain a quality assurance program
- check_circlePlan and implement resident discharge procedures and plans
- check_circleDevelop and implement a nursing services organization structure
- check_circleParticipate in surveys and inspections by government agencies
- check_circleCreate and submit reports and recommendations to the Administrator
- check_circleCoordinate nursing services with other resident services
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- verifiedActive Utah Registered Nurse license in good standing
- verifiedMinimum one year of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric facility
- verifiedAbility to read and write legibly
- verifiedEnglish language proficiency
