About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Memory Care to join our leadership team at Morningside House Senior Living. In this pivotal role, you will manage and oversee all dementia care programming across our Stepping Stones and Memory Lane units. Your mission is to ensure excellence in resident care, provide meaningful outreach and support to families, and cultivate a culture of high satisfaction among residents and their loved ones.
You will serve as the bridge between clinical needs and community engagement, working closely with the Director of Life Enrichment to develop stimulating programming calendars. By dividing your time evenly between our units, you will ensure that every resident receives personalized attention and that our staff are fully trained in the latest aspects of dementia care. This role is essential for maintaining our reputation for compassionate, high-quality care while fostering strong connections with the broader community, including the Alzheimer's Association.
