About the Organization

At CPCQC, we are on a mission to ensure that every pregnant and postpartum person, infant, and their families in Colorado have access to and receive safe, equitable, high-quality care. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we work with healthcare facilities, community-based organizations, and families across Colorado, alongside national partners, to advance best practices and improve outcomes in maternal and infant health.

Our team is driving new collaborations, expanding community connections to care, and leading state-wide maternal and infant health quality improvement initiatives. We are a mission-driven organization committed to transparency, stewardship, and operational excellence, ensuring our resources align with our impact on the community.

About the Role

The Director of Finance and Operations is a mission-driven leader who ensures the financial integrity and operational strength of our nonprofit organization. This role is critical as we continue to grow rapidly in both operations and revenue. You will partner with the Chief Executive Officer and the Fractional Chief Financial Officer to align resources with our mission, maintain rigorous compliance with funder and regulatory requirements, and support sustainable organizational growth.

In this position, you will oversee budgeting, accounting, grant compliance, and the organizational systems that enable our programs and staff to thrive. You will serve as the main point of contact for program officers and financial personnel at funder agencies, while managing external administrative service vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep nonprofit financial expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for strengthening the systems that help our community-focused work flourish.

Hiring Process

We invite you to learn more about our work and current projects by visiting our website at cpcqc.org before applying. Please submit your application through our standard channels to be considered for this full-time, salaried position.
