The Director of Finance and Operations is a mission-driven leader who ensures the financial integrity and operational strength of our nonprofit organization. This role is critical as we continue to grow rapidly in both operations and revenue. You will partner with the Chief Executive Officer and the Fractional Chief Financial Officer to align resources with our mission, maintain rigorous compliance with funder and regulatory requirements, and support sustainable organizational growth.
In this position, you will oversee budgeting, accounting, grant compliance, and the organizational systems that enable our programs and staff to thrive. You will serve as the main point of contact for program officers and financial personnel at funder agencies, while managing external administrative service vendors. The ideal candidate brings deep nonprofit financial expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for strengthening the systems that help our community-focused work flourish.
