Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee all financial operations including budgeting, planning, and forecasting
- check_circleImplement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial risk
- check_circleMonitor financial performance by analyzing results and initiating corrective actions
- check_circleComply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by advising management on legislation
- check_circleDevelop and implement financial strategies and systems aligned with company goals
- check_circleDirect preparation of financial reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings
- check_circleOversee cash flow planning processes to ensure funds availability
- check_circleCoordinate with executive leadership to align financial management with strategic plans
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position
- verifiedProven experience in Internal Controls & Risk Management
- verifiedSolid experience in Cash Flow & Performance Management
- verifiedKnowledge of financial regulations and legislation
- verifiedProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- verifiedCPA or CMA designation is a plus
Nice to Have
An MBA or related advanced degree. CPA or CMA designation.
