The Director of Assessment & Referral serves as a pivotal leader in our admissions ecosystem, ensuring a consistent and efficient journey for patients from initial contact to treatment placement. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical assessment and immediate care, managing both telephonic and in-person risk assessments across all locations, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) sites.

You will be the face of our organization for families, referral sources, and patients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and clinical precision. Your day will involve leading and developing a dedicated team, ensuring 24/7 coverage, and maintaining rigorous communication channels to facilitate rapid admissions and crisis intervention.
As a leader at Perimeter, you will work within a supportive team environment that values a collaborative approach and a deep commitment to quality care. We offer an environment where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
