About the Role
We are seeking a highly hands-on, strategic finance professional to lead a critical 1-year M&A carve-out and integration project. This position serves as the on-site finance leader in San Antonio, acting as the bridge between the parent company and the acquired entity. You will partner directly with the acquired company's accounting team and senior leadership to ensure a smooth transition, accurate financial reporting, and the stabilization of operations.
The role is designed for professionals who thrive in transformation environments. You will own the monthly close process, assess existing controls and reporting structures, and provide structured insights on risks and opportunities. Beyond the initial carve-out phase, you will support the future-state operating model, potentially transitioning into a longer-term steady-state role as the organization integrates.
