About the Role

The Director of Account Executives (SMB) leads a team of 12-15 Account Executives in the Washington, DC area, driving the maximization of all assigned sales opportunities. This role is critical for ensuring the team meets and exceeds monthly sales quotas by targeting new business and reactivating lapsed customer accounts.

In this position, you will serve as an expert in closing, negotiating, and prospecting, employing best-in-class sales techniques to ensure the team delivers on revenue goals monthly, quarterly, and annually. You will manage the daily needs of the sales team, conduct weekly pipeline reviews to ensure forecast accuracy, and provide dynamic coaching to improve performance. A key part of the mission is driving the adoption of AI-powered sales technologies to optimize productivity and enable insight-driven decision-making.
