This position serves as a vital leader within our Mount Pleasant Academy (MPA) program, providing supervision, support, and guidance to all staff. You will ensure the provision of high-quality services to MPA clients and their families while overseeing the overall therapeutic milieu of the program. A key part of your day involves supervising clinical and administrative documentation and providing emergency crisis intervention and assessment as needed. You will also ensure strict compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines. This role reports directly to the Mount Pleasant Academy Executive Director.

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community. We determine pay based on a candidate's relevant and transferable experience, certifications, licenses, degree, and language ability. Bilingual and ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay, while multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8% above base pay.
