Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is a statewide organization with a 130-year track record of improving the health and well-being of children and families. We provide services statewide, currently operating in three locations in Providence and four locations in East Providence, Smithfield, and North Smithfield.

About the Role

This position serves as a vital leader within our Mount Pleasant Academy (MPA) program, providing supervision, support, and guidance to all MPA staff. You will ensure the provision of high-quality services to MPA clients and their families while overseeing the overall therapeutic milieu of the program. A key part of your day involves supervising clinical and administrative documentation and providing emergency crisis intervention and assessment as needed. You will also ensure strict compliance with all state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines.
