About the Role
The Director of Finance serves as a strategic partner to company leadership, combining high-level financial insight with hands-on expertise to drive business growth and maintain the organization's financial strength. In this dynamic, high-growth environment, you will oversee key financial planning, treasury, and performance management activities. Your work will directly influence decision-making by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the financial health of the enterprise.

- check_circleManage working capital strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash optimization
- check_circleLead, mentor, and develop FP&A and Treasury team members to foster professional growth
- check_circleEstablish and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- check_circleSupport financing activities including debt issuance, renewals, and capital structure planning
- check_circleManage relationships with banking partners, investors, lenders, and auditors
- check_circleParticipate in M&A analysis and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- verified10+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
- verified5+ years in a leadership role
- verifiedStrong experience in FP&A and treasury/cash management
- verifiedExpert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
