About the Role
As the Director of E-Commerce Operations for Sleep and Respiratory Care, you will manage the entire online sales ecosystem. This role exists to drive online revenue and customer satisfaction by orchestrating strategy, platform management, digital marketing, and data analysis. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations from the initial browse to final fulfillment.
In this position, you will develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, exploring new sales channels such as marketplaces and social commerce. You will oversee the e-commerce platform to ensure optimal functionality and performance while integrating complex systems like ERP and WMS. Your day-to-day involves managing digital campaigns to boost traffic and conversion, overseeing inventory and logistics relationships, and utilizing data insights to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also champion the customer experience, ensuring a personalized and satisfying journey, while evaluating new technologies like AI to keep us competitive.
How We Work Together
We believe we are better together than apart. This role is classified as a field role, meaning it is most effectively performed outside of the company's main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations. For our office-based teams, we prioritize in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Requirements
