About This Role
This position serves as the strategic leader accountable for the incentive compensation and customer profitability programs for the commercial segment. As a Director, you will act as a thought-leader and trusted advisor to senior and executive management, responsible for the strategy, design, governance, integrity, and management of these critical programs.
You will ensure the commercial customer profitability program is maintained with accuracy and effectiveness, providing valuable insights that drive pricing and relationship management decisions. This role requires a blend of advanced statistical modeling, executive communication, and change leadership to align these programs with broader business line objectives and corporate strategy.

Location & Schedule
This is a full-time position based in Kansas City, Missouri. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence three days per week.

Requirements
