The Director, Area Independent Living Sales is a regional leadership role designed to drive occupancy and revenue performance across multiple communities in the Texas region. This position leads high-performing sales teams and executes data-driven sales strategies to ensure consistent Independent Living sales results.
In this role, you will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and senior sales leadership to build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and strengthen lead generation, tours, and referral pipelines. You will represent Lifespace in regional markets and industry events, providing clear performance reporting and leading area sales meetings.
