About the Role
The Director, Area Independent Living Sales is a regional leadership position based in the Texas Home Office. This role drives occupancy and revenue performance across multiple Lifespace communities in the Texas region. You will lead high-performing sales teams and execute data-driven sales strategies to ensure consistent Independent Living sales results.
In this position, you will partner closely with Community Sales Directors, Executive Directors, and other sales leaders to build strong pipelines, optimize pricing and positioning, and analyze market trends. The role offers a regional impact with visible results, allowing you to lead, influence, and grow high-performing sales teams within a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

- check_circleRepresent Lifespace in regional markets and industry events
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verified8–10 years of senior sales leadership experience
- verifiedAbility to travel frequently within the assigned region
