About the Role
The Director, Access Enablement serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership at Tryon Medical Partners, driving the design and advancement of systems, processes, and capabilities that support patient access. This role is accountable for aligning cross-functional stakeholders to establish departmental direction and priorities, ensuring sustainable, scalable access solutions that improve both patient experience and operational performance.
In this position, you will lead through others, owning outcomes across the function while ensuring strict alignment with organizational strategy. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to resolve complex structural challenges, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively. The role focuses on enhancing clinician efficiency and reducing barriers to access through the optimization of digital access, workforce management, and clinician template strategies.

Requirements
