We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, and Home Health Aides in Albuquerque, NM. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in care while supporting others in their daily lives. No prior experience is required; we provide paid training to ensure you are fully prepared to succeed. You will be the backbone of our care teams, assisting individuals with daily routines such as cleaning, cooking, feeding, and maintaining personal hygiene. Your day will involve monitoring health and medical needs, facilitating community and social activities, and driving individuals to appointments. You will also play a key role in building support networks by connecting individuals with community members, businesses, and families.
We offer a competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
