About the Role
We are currently hiring for our program located in the Port Washington and Fredonia, WI locations. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in making an impact on the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, emotional, behavioral, or medical complexities.
This role is designed for individuals who may be new to the field or looking to make a difference. We believe that attitude is key; if you bring the right spirit, we will provide the training you need for success. You will work in a group home or residential setting, assisting individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, medication administration, and light housekeeping. Your day will also involve documenting progress notes, participating in community-focused activities, accompanying clients to doctor's appointments, and acting responsibly in emergency situations.
