About the Role
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our DDSN program in Spartanburg, SC. This role is designed for individuals interested in making a tangible impact on the lives of young people facing behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric vulnerabilities. As a DSP, you will serve and mentor residents in a residential home setting, ensuring their safety while fostering therapeutic relationships through daily activities and de-escalation assistance.
