About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will join a mission-driven team to help people grow, learn, and live well. Each day, you will develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, supporting them with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. You will be trusted to take initiative, helping participants become part of their community and enjoy their favorite activities while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. This role is ideal for those who are compassionate, patient, and find deep meaning in fostering independence and growth.
