About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will join a mission-driven team where every person deserves a fulfilling career. In this role, you will build real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, taking ownership and trust from your leaders to do what is right for participants. Your day-to-day involves assisting with personal hygiene, supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and taking initiative to help participants engage with their community and enjoy their favorite activities.

You will also support participants in achieving developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
