About the Role

You will join a mission-driven team in Green Grove, Tuscaloosa, AL, to create relationships that motivate us all every day. As a Caregiver, you will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities while supporting developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
