About the Role
We are a growing and established organization within the home improvement and services industry, seeking a Direct Marketing Manager to lead our regional canvassing and field marketing operations. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, driving qualified lead generation through direct outreach initiatives. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring that every field interaction reflects our brand's commitment to quality and consistency.
Day in the Life
Your work will span both the strategic and the operational. You will develop short- and long-term strategies to support lead generation goals within your assigned market, while simultaneously overseeing the logistics of daily canvassing activities. From territory planning and permitting requirements to managing marketing materials and lead tracking systems, you will ensure seamless execution across the field.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to team leadership. You will recruit, train, and coach Team Leads and canvassing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and development. By actively participating in field activities—such as ride-alongs and in-market coaching—you will lead by example and provide real-time support to your team.
