About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our care team, supporting patients with daily living activities to promote their independence. Whether in home or facility settings, your role is to provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and hygiene, and ensure a safe, dignified environment. You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to follow individualized care plans, observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly. This position is designed for those who find deep fulfillment in helping others maintain their quality of life while contributing to a supportive community.
Hiring Process

Requirements
