About the Role
Make a difference by providing great care and love for our treasured residents! As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be the heart of the dining experience, ensuring high-quality meals are served in a sanitary and infection-free environment. You will organize, supervise, and train dining services employees while maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and cleanliness in dining rooms and bistros.
Your day will involve being present in the dining rooms for full meal service, coordinating special functions, and visiting residents to gather information on their food preferences. You will work closely with other departments, manage labor costs, and ensure that wait staff are well-informed about daily specials. This role is pivotal in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum high school diploma
- verifiedFood Handler's license
- verifiedOLCC license
- verifiedMinimum three years' experience in senior living preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience in a restaurant preferred
- verifiedAbility to read, write, and use mathematics
- verifiedKnowledge of menus, recipes, food purchasing, preparation, and storage
- verifiedKnowledge of ADA, state, infection control, health department, and OSHA regulations
Nice to Have
Previous experience in a restaurant. Minimum three years' experience in senior living and a passion to work with seniors. Previous experience with managing an Assisted Living community.
