The Nestucca Ridge Family of Companies is an organically grown collection of coastal businesses dedicated to creating memory-making beach vacations, dining experiences, and meeting opportunities for visitors, guests, and local residents. While all team members are employed by Kiwanda Hospitality Group (KHG), they are assigned to specific entities within the family, such as Pelican Brewing Company, to deliver exceptional hospitality.
About the Role
As a Host at Pelican Brewing Company, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your mission is to provide excellent, attentive service by warmly greeting every guest and assisting them in getting comfortably seated in a timely fashion. You will maintain a positive and communicative work environment with fellow team members to ensure guests receive a favorable and memorable experience that encourages them to return.
This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and can remain calm amidst unforeseen changes. Whether managing the seating chart, answering phone calls, or providing information about our menu and community involvement, your goal is to foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of our coastal location.

Requirements
