We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy/CRM Lead to provide strategic coverage while we scale our strategy practice and backfill senior capacity. This is a temporary, fixed-fee engagement running approximately 6–8 weeks (July–August), with some overlap for handoff and context-setting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader comfortable operating across growth marketing, email, and SEO. Rather than acting as a purely supervisory figure, you will stay close to the work as an individual contributor, keeping momentum, supporting our strategists, and holding the standard of work our clients expect. You will serve as a strategic thought partner and quality check, rolling up your sleeves to develop frameworks, shape briefs, and contribute directly to strategy deliverables.
Your work will span three core pillars:
Beyond these pillars, you will maintain a strong client-facing presence, joining key meetings to lead senior-level conversations and present work you have directly shaped. You will also collaborate actively with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads to keep integrated workstreams moving, focusing on being in the room and contributing to decisions rather than just managing handoffs.
This is a fixed-fee project rather than an hourly engagement. Final compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and the agreed-upon scope and monthly deliverables. Payments are issued monthly on a net 30-day schedule.
Availability: Candidates must be available during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
Location: This role is open to candidates based in New York, NY, or working remotely.
Preferred Tools: Prior experience with Adobe Analytics, AJO, and CJA is helpful.
