About the Role
U.S. Legal Support is seeking tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Digital Reporters. This role offers a unique opportunity to enter the legal industry without prior experience, as we provide structured training and certification to set you up for success.
As a Digital Reporter, you will be the technology backbone of legal proceedings. Your day will involve administering oaths, operating computer and audio equipment for both in-person and remote depositions and hearings, and preparing audio files and exhibits for transcription. When not assigned to live proceedings, you will provide essential administrative support. This is a hybrid role based in NYC, working Monday through Friday at client sites.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this position will complete our Digital Reporter training program prior to their start date. We guide you through the necessary certification steps, including assistance with obtaining a state Notary Commission if you do not already hold one.
