The Digital Platform Strategist serves as a critical bridge between Appcast's technology and its clients' hiring success. In this position, you will support the execution and optimization of products within the AppcastOne suite, driving measurable hiring outcomes through strategic digital advertising. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in recruitment marketing who possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for analyzing performance data to solve complex marketing challenges.
You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Tech Solutions stakeholders to bring multi-channel campaigns to life. From setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns across the AppcastOne platform (including Xtend and Tech Enabled Career sites) to managing remarketing strategies, your work directly contributes to the growth of multi-million dollar owned and operated Appcast products. Your day-to-day involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing insightful reports, and partnering with account leads to align campaigns with broader funnel strategies and client objectives.
Beyond campaign management, you will oversee creative briefing and QA processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while collaborating with analytics and data teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data integrity. As part of a growing media function, you will also be responsible for staying current on product enhancements and emerging digital media trends, sharing learnings with the broader team, and creating internal process improvements and documentation.
