Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, paid search, and social channels
- check_circleDevelop and manage lead-generation programs including gated content and nurture workflows
- check_circleCreate, test, and refine landing pages and forms to maximize conversion rates
- check_circleCollaborate with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets and improve lead handoff
- check_circleMonitor and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics
- check_circleConduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies
- check_circleSupport SEO and content initiatives by identifying keyword opportunities and content gaps
- check_circleManage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient cost-per-lead and ROI
- check_circleBuild and maintain segmented email lists and automated workflows in HubSpot
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- verifiedProven experience in digital marketing with lead generation focus
- verifiedProficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub
- verifiedExperience marketing to the manufacturing industry
- verifiedSolid understanding of email, SEO/SEM, paid social, display, and landing page optimization
- verifiedAbility to analyze campaign performance data
