As a Digital Marketing Specialist for College Town Communities (CTC), you will serve as the digital voice across our nine student housing markets. Reporting directly to the Marketing Directors, your primary mission is to elevate the CTC brand and services through strategic digital execution. This role is designed to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven growth, ensuring that our online presence resonates with prospective students and their families.
In this position, you will act as the central hub for our digital ecosystem. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating a blend of SEO optimization, social media engagement, and website management to drive brand awareness. You will collaborate with social media influencers to create compelling content, manage our reputation across review platforms, and ensure our digital assets are visually and functionally aligned with our brand standards. Whether you are analyzing performance metrics, editing press releases, or traveling to properties for photo shoots, your work directly impacts our ability to connect with our community.
